We reserve the right to change our prices for vehicles displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing, documentation fees, motor vehicle charges, sales tax, warranties, and any additional products in relation to the purchase of a vehicle is available on the buyer's order prior to your signature.

“The fee” for the services and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, will be charged as a one-time fee If applicable and mutually agreed to in good faith.

"Free Delivery" is included in the Kansas City Metropolitan Area up to 60 miles. Longer distances are available at an additional charge.

Ownership of intellectual property, copyrights, and logos:

The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music, and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Upgrade My Trade Today and or permissions granted to promote research for the purpose of potential sale(s).
